TRKBG serves Black women and girls through programs that promote economic mobility, holistic wellness, leadership development, cultural connection, creative expression, youth empowerment, and responsive community support. 

Our programs support participants across every stage of life through leadership development, wellness, entrepreneurship, mentorship, youth empowerment, arts and culture, and community engagement. Visit our Program page to explore our current initiatives.

Yes. We collaborate with schools, nonprofits, corporations, foundations, and community organizations to deliver programs, sponsor participants, host events, and create meaningful partnerships that expand opportunities for Black girls and women.

Absolutely. We welcome mentors, facilitators, wellness professionals, artists, educators, entrepreneurs, and other professionals who are passionate about investing in Black girls and women. Contact us to learn about current volunteer and mentorship opportunities.
