Black women and girls do not experience economic inequity, health disparities, racial trauma, professional isolation, limited opportunity, or community disconnection as separate challenges. These experiences are interconnected and meaningful solutions must be, too.
That's why TRKBG has built an ecosystem of culturally grounded programs that support the whole person. Together, our programs strengthen well-being, expand economic mobility, cultivate leadership, foster meaningful relationships, and create pathways for Black women and girls to define freedom on their own terms. |
FROM VALUES TO ACTION
Programs designed for the whole journey.
No single program can address every challenge Black women and girls face and no one should have to navigate those challenges alone. That's why TRKBG has built an interconnected ecosystem of programs that respond to different aspects of life while working toward one shared goal: expanding opportunity and creating the conditions for freedom.
Each program has a distinct purpose, but together they create pathways for Black women and girls to heal, build, lead, belong, create, and navigate life's transitions with support
