More Than a Nonprofit.
We Are a Movement.
Creating the conditions for Black women and girls to thrive.
Black women and girls posses extraordinary talent, leadership, resilience, and vision. Yet too often, systemic barriers limit access to opportunities that support long-term economic mobility, wellness, leadership, and community connection.
TRKBG was founded to help change those conditions - not by focusing on deficits, but by investing in strengths. We create spaces where Black girls and women are affirmed, equipped, and connected to the relationships, resources, and opportunities that help them thrive.

We lead with love and integrity.
We build with community, not for it. We honor our liberation and legacy. We move in faith, strategy, and collective power. |
Freedom requires more
than one solution.
Black women and girls do not experience challenges in isolation. Economic opportunity, wellness, leadership, culture, and community are deeply connected. That's why TRKBG has built an ecosystem of programs designed to support the whole person - not just one aspect of her journey.
